The HR Business Partner - Employee Relations will be responsible with the following: Responsibilities Collects the employees’ data and samples to overlook and organize the employee files accordingly. Keep a proper check on the updated information on employees and schedule the employees’ orientation and training as per the requirements Works with management to assess employee satisfaction. Provide counseling services to the employees to help solve their issues. Develops proposals for attrition and engagement programs necessary to drive performance to service level agreements and retention. Case management and tracks labor cases. Leads/performs job evaluation activities and ensures appropriate classifications of current and new jobs. Represent the company in any labor cases. Owns and maintains the PHL employee relations processes. First point-in-contact in the employee relation administration. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and Team objectives. Qualifications Graduate of any 4-years bachelor’s degree course 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in handling Employee Relations function in a BPO/shared services environment Good command of written and spoken English Savvy in using GSuite Customer-focused and works effectively with others in getting things done Well-organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines, ability to work under pressure/challenging working environment Understand the workings of the law inside the company’s premises and use it for the best practices Holds proper knowledge of labor law Should acquire excellent interpersonal skills to understand the issue Willing to work on a mid shift Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup
