**About the role:**
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
**Role & Responsibilities:**
+ Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
+ Assist in the roll-out of HR strategies and policies tailored for our factory division, ensuring alignment with our broader company goals.
+ Offer hands-on support and counsel on HR matters to both employees and management.
+ Play a pivotal role in employee development, contributing to initiatives that bolster performance and growth.
+ Collaborate with various teams to nurture a positive, safe, and compliant working environment.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree of HRM, HRD or related field.
+ Experience 5-8 years in HR Management
+ Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Good command of written and spoken in English.
