+ Plan and implement HR strategic Initiatives including employee engagement, communication, learning and development
+ Provide HR solutions on resolving employee concerns
+ Manage employee discipline, ensures labor compliance and regulations
+ Conduct exit interview, analyze attrition trends and work with business units on talent retention
+ Provide strong support on performance management
+ Update and implement HR policies and procedures
+ Promote and support corporate HR programs and initiatives
+ Act as liaison between supporting business and HR Shared Services
+ Attend to day-to-day HR operations
