HR Business Partner

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join us asap in Amsterdam asap! You will report into Funs our HR Manager and support managers over two sites, Amsterdam and Hengelo. A hands-on role that will require you to have experience with HR and employee relations and a flexible approach to your working day. Our HR department is a busy division, caring for our Dutch teams and we welcome candidates who have 3-4 years' experience, or more in HR, including recruiting and working with technical / engineering personnel. On a given day, you may: You will take care of daily HR administration and the entire employee lifecycle process, including all documentation relating to this. Assist your assigned Managers to align with both our people strategy and our business strategy. Recruitment is around 10% of your working week, with the support of our Talent Acquisition Manager who assists our HR colleagues across EMEA. Working together with our HR Manager Funs– you will be partner and advisor our managers over both sites. You will also work on projects and improvements. These projects have a broad scope and are constantly changing. Your workday will include general HR queries and Employee Relations. Requirements for the role Graduate of HBO or WO in Business Administration or Human Resources Management. HR generalist experience who can work at a strategic, tactical and operational level. Prioritise and pivot when needed to support the business. Demonstrate working on projects previously, sharing process and the results during our interview process. Previous experienced working in either a global or matrixed organisation, an advantage to understand our complex set-up. Fluent Dutch and English a requirement. Travel & Location This position is based in Amsterdam with a visit to our Hengelo site twice a month. Why work at JBT ...
