Endress+Hauser Flow USA serves the USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, and other Latin American countries. The Greenwood scope of manufacturing and assembly includes the measuring principles electromagnetic, Coriolis, vortex, ultrasonic, thermal mass flow, as well as special products, calibration and logistics services. The plant has one of the most accurate and largest production calibration facilities in the USA. 

 

Endress+Hauser Flow USA is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner. This position supports, leads, and delivers high quality people-partnership through strategic programs and pragmatic efforts that encompass recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, and legal compliance. Partnership building with employees at all levels of the organization will achieve business objectives and ensure a best-in-class workforce.  

  

What is the role about?  

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Endress+Hauser Flow USA, reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the company’s designated business units. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and other departmental leaders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the department’s goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

  

Which tasks will you perform?  

You will:

Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager and other key stakeholders to understand and drive forward the business unit's goals and company’s strategic objectives.  Provide HR insights and expertise to help inform business decisions and drive organizational effectiveness.  Participate in strategic planning sessions to align HR initiatives with the company’s goals and objectives.  Uphold high standards of ethics and integrity in all HR activities and interactions and serve as a positive ambassador for company culture, values, and initiatives.  Partner with Talent and Hiring Managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  Serve as a trusted advisor for HR Manager and department leaders on employee relations matters.  Identify training and development needs within business units and collaborate with the HR Manager to implement solutions.  Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.  Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, open enrollment, leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, and others. 

 

What do we expect from you?​  

You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.  Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.  Strong understanding and application of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.  Experience using data-driven insights and analysis to support sound decision-making.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.  Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.  Demonstrated agility and adaptability in responding to changing business needs and priorities.  HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
