HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner provides Employee Relations support to the field and Corporate HR by performing the following duties.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries from employees/managers regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Prepares corrective action documents and, as applicable, employee separation notices and related documentation, after reviewing circumstances and advising management of potential risks. Investigates internal complaints of harassment/discrimination and other employment-related issues. Assists Corporate Benefits in the administration of FMLA and ADA. Responds to complaints from federal/state/local agencies related to workplace harassment/discrimination. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance. Participates in management training for interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review and harassment/discrimination, as needed/requested. Represents organization at employment-related hearings and investigations.
