**Your Role**
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering the HR Strategy. You will support and advise Business Units on all employee and HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your expertise will help improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
**Your Responsibilities**
**StrategicHR Leadership:**
- Be
accountable for strategic talent management, ensuring alignment with
business unit strategy.
- Provide
insights and recommendations to drive HR initiatives that support
business goals.
**TalentManagement and Development:**
- Identify
and help recruit, develop, deploy, promote, and retain the right talent.
- Develop
and implement succession planning strategies.
- Work
with other functions to identify training needs for teams and
individuals.
- Provide
coaching and guidance for leaders to enhance their management and
leadership skills.
- Organize
and ensure the quality of talent and development programs
**HRSolutions and Program Delivery:**
- Define
requirements for HR solutions, ensure programs meet these specifications,
and identify synergies across Business Units within KNGS.
- Deliver
HR programs and services, monitor their effectiveness, and engage with
the other HR functions on issues and resolutions.
- Participate
in due diligence activities for new or expanded workflows.
- Continuously
improve HR programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
**EmployeeRelations and Policy Guidance:**
- Work
closely with management and employees to improve work relationships,
build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Resolve
complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and lead
disciplinary procedures.
- Provide
HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Foster
a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**ChangeManagement and Stakeholder Collaboration:**
- Lead
communication and change projects impacting employees.
- Drive
efficiency, standardization, and strategic HR impact.
- Collaborate
and align with other HR functions and business leaders on the selection
and retention of employees.
- Partner
with core function heads to drive the talent agenda and bring insights
into the Philippines market.
- Build
strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are
effectively implemented.
**Governance,Reporting, and Market Insights:**
- Establish
regular governance routines and practices to support the business.
- Track
key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and prepare
reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct
market research on competitive remuneration and benefits.
- Stay
updated on labor laws and industry trends, including topics like
flexibility, return to office, and industry developments.
- Provide
insights and recommendations based on market trends to enhance HR
strategies.
**Your Skills and Experiences**
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science
+ Should have extensive labor relations experience
+ Can communicate effectively with clients andstakeholders
+ Experience in supporting at least 500 FTEs is amust
