HR Business Partner
**Overview** As our HR Business Partner at CHI St Vincent, you will help apply your broad range of talent and skills to support the employees and leaders of the hospital. This is a hands-on role where you can showcase your expertise in our day-to-day operations including employee relations, employee engagement, labor relations (unions), performance development, conflict management, and training programs/initiatives. You have the opportunity to support specific groups and functions in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the organization. Our level II trauma center is a regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, behavioral health, cancer care, neurosciences, and other specialties. We have been consistently named by US News & World Report as one of the State’s best hospitals, with high performance in heart care, colorectal surgery, and joint replacement. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the main source of information for employees + Proactively plan and align core HR responsibilities offering the most value to both our business and people + Advise employees, managers, and executive leaders on personnel matters + Comfortable utilizing Human Resource Information Systems and administrative tools such as MS Office + Collaborates with CoEs to support the accomplishment of business goals, objectives, and outcomes + Provides direction and support to management regarding interpretation of policies and procedures and collective bargaining agreements + Partner with and serve as a resource to employees, management and Human Resources team to promote and maintain positive employee relations. Proactively identify, manage and facilitate the equitable resolution of job-related complaints and concerns. **Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree in HR or related field required + Minimum of three (3) of experience in Human Resources or Leadership + HR experience should encompass generalist experience or at least 2 or more areas of specialty, e.g., compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, talent acquisition, etc + MBA, or related Masters degree preferred + PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP Preferred While you’re busy impacting the healthcare industry, we’ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more! **Pay Range** $29.02 - $42.08 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
