Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our EMEA Human Resources Team in the position of HR Business Partner.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and supporting leaders in all HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development and offboarding, including the creation of relevant documents Working closely with leaders to achieve HR and organizational goals and advise on all employment related mattersResponsibility for process improvements and own projects within the area of responsibilityData management for employees in the Netherlands locally and global HR systems, such as Absence Management and Oracle FusionSupport global compensation processes by generating reports and reviewing dataPreparation of payroll in cooperation with the payroll service providerContact person for questions from employees and supervisors about HR processes and systemsWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fieldsAt least 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a similar position, with strong organizational skillsFluent in English and DutchAnalytical skills, attention to detail and focus on resultsStrong time management, organizational, and planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood Excel skills and competent Office skills
