HR Business Partner

We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

HR Business Partner provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, career development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent management and communications. Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.
HR Business Partner provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues and provides input into resource planning activities.
Duties and responsibilitiesWork closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity, enable performance and retentionActs as consultant for the Leadership Team and other stakeholders, especially providing HR guidance Develop and implement HR policies, guidelines, programs and practices in: Employee relations, Organizational development, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, etc.Participate in HR strategy creation and implementation.Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planningHandle HR systems, documents and Employee queriesAddress employee concerns and issues, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor relations matters.Analyze HR and other relevant data (e.g., performance reviews, sales targets) to identify trends, assess performance, and inform strategic decision-making.Facilitate organizational change initiatives, employee engagement activities, and development programs.Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.Perform other people related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management and other related degree programsSolid (5+ years) work experience in HRBP, HR Generalist or HR specialist rolePrevious experience transacting with DOLE or NLRC in handling labor disputes and employee grievancesPrevious experience in exposure to performance improvement and incentive building Strong working knowledge or exposure to software technology, telco or the IT industryA high degree of professionalism, propriety and moraleAbility to prioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively driving a more strategic people agendaNeutral and able to think critically in situations that are otherwise complicated in natureExperience in B2B Sales organization is a plus
