To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Site HR Business Partner located in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Reporting to the Site HRBP Director, the Site HR Business Partner role will be responsible for partnering with the General Manager and their team to develop and deploy strategic planning goals to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth. The Site HRBP will advise and coach the GM and their team on matters related to Talent Management, including skills requirements, Workforce Planning, business selection, Executive coaching, Performance Management, Retention and Succession Planning.
What a typical day looks like:
Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc. Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (workforce planning, performance review, employee engagement initiatives, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review). Consult with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy that meets the needs of the business.Drive employee communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required. Partner with COEs and HR Service Center to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure the consistent treatment of employees and the application of Flex policies and procedures. Assist our Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level; drive inclusion through HR initiatives, hiring activities, and compensation reviews. Develop and manage HR projects, programs and initiativesThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related functionMinimum 7 years of Human Resources or related experience in business with specific experience in HR, Consulting, Project Management and Change ManagementDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate as trusted advisorsExperience developing strategies and proactive initiatives that support business goalsManufacturing environment experience strongly preferredWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
