We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Group and support our teams in driving World Class Excellence within our Level+Pressure Production Center. Within Level+Pressure, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.

This position supports the Organization by delivering HR services, including: planning, communicating, implementing, and controlling activities to ensure maximum efficiency, and adherence to overall company culture, strategy, policy, and procedures. Partners with employees at all levels of the organization to achieve business objectives and cultivate a best-in-class workforce.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Business Partner
Provides HR professional expertise (legal compliance, culture, policy development and implementation, etc.) to the organization, its leaders and employees.
Participates in department strategy development and planning, organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
Actively works on improvement projects to support business functions
Facilitates healthy conflict resolution, including resolving complex situations
Investigates and resolves internal complaints
Advises/Coaches leaders and employees to resolve personnel related matters
Expert in change leadership and supporting change acclimation and change readiness within the business units
Identifies, creates content, and delivers training and development for the organization
Maintains an effective level of knowledge about the business, operations, mid-range plans, culture, and competition (including business processes, customers, suppliers, and value proposition)
Additional duties as assigned
HR Process Owner
Responsible for 4-5 main HR processes, including design, administration, and ongoing development. Monitors trends and best practices and adapts them to our process.

Talent Acquisition/Onboarding
Workforce Planning/Organization & Job Design
Performance Management/Evaluations/Development Plans
HR Reporting/HRIS Systems Management
Training & Development Programs
Benefits Strategy/Education/Administration
Employee Satisfaction/People Focused Culture
What do we expect from you?
You:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent from an accredited college and 5-7 years related experience and/or training, including demonstrated experience in Human Resources or business partnering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels in a proactive manner
Strong business acumen: able to understand complex business concepts and apply HR solutions towards achieving strategic objectives and business goals
Ability to effectively respond to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints, handle sensitive information, and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrates good judgement, dependability, and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrates accuracy
Change agent; ability to lead people through changes in a responsible manner
