Job Overview

 

The HR Business Partner is an individual contributor role pivotal in aligning People Operations strategies with business objectives, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of engagement and development. This role supports a variety of business functions, ensuring tailored People Operations solutions that meet the needs of operational and client-facing teams. As a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner helps drive organizational success by managing, engaging, and developing the workforce effectively while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Partnership

Develop and execute POP strategies that align with business goals in dedicated business areas.Support leaders with expertise in change management, performance and talent management, employee engagement, compensation, and budgeting processes.

 

Programs and Initiatives

Design and deliver POP programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of your business areas.Provide a business-focused perspective to ensure POP initiatives align with organizational goals.

 

Employee Relations

Act as the primary point of contact for employees on employee relations matters.Resolve complex conflict situations and employee grievances with professionalism and care.

 

Process Optimization

Continuously improve POP processes using data-driven insights, industry trends, and best practices.Propose innovative approaches to streamline and enhance efficiency.

 

Compliance and Policy Adherence

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.Provide guidance on POP compliance matters to ensure alignment across the organization.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

Build strong partnerships with leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POP solutions.Collaborate with POP colleagues to ensure consistency, high quality, and alignment in all deliverables.

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR (HRBP) role covering multiple points of the employee lifecycle.Expertise in areas such as change management, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.Proven experience supporting international teams and strong rapport building skills across a variety of stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Strong business acumen, project management and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Workday is a plus, or other Human Resource Information System.
