5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP roleFluent English is a mustDisposition to be on site 4 days per weekProven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational outcomesBackground in managing complex employee relations issues and driving talent initiativesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP)Strategic Thinking, Strong Business Acumen, Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution, Coaching and Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.#LI-AM1
