Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic corporate office HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting designated teams within our corporate office by offering hands-on human resources guidance. Collaborating closely with our leadership, you will drive full-cycle HR initiatives, support the execution of our talent strategies, and champion continuous improvement in all HR functions. Your expertise will help shape a strong workplace culture and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to functional leaders and employees, implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives within the corporate offices in Texas.Provide expert counsel and guidance on employee relations issues to staff and leadership.Collaborate with leadership on career development, organizational design, and talent evaluation for their respective teams.Advise employees on HR policy questions.Support and enhance the TIS and FSSC summer intern programs by coordinating closely with HR team members, managers and leaders to ensure a positive intern experience.Identify and coordinate appropriate training programs for assigned groups.Develop and manage engagement and wellness activities for the TIS and FSSC offices to improve overall awareness and morale.Partner with leaders and HR in yearly Talent Reviews.Partner with the rest of the Corporate HR and team in regard to corporate office related event and initiatives.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to set recruitment strategies, workforce planning strategies, and oversee the recruitment process.Perform fundamental data submissions, reports, policy applications and procedures with accuracy and in a timely manner from which the request was received.Ensure the privacy of employee personnel records, including personal and compensation information.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Travel approximately 10% as required.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business required; Human Resources or other related degree preferred Minimum 2 years of related experience
