Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.

Job Description

Partners with Directors and Managers to execute the people plan, ranging from performance review, talent acquisition, retention risk assessment, & succession planning.Work together with HR Director to make sure the HR operation compliance, C&B governance, HR process and policy to be aligned with corporate guideline and other entities in China within Engineering team.Plays a critical role in bringing and aligning best HR solutions to business strategies. Actively looks for gaps, proposes, and implements any changes needed for improving employee engagement.Acts as a main point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unitCoordinate all life circle, recruiting and training activities for the business unit.Lead employee relations and work with legal counsel on issues as they arise in business team.Provide training and communication on HR polices, guidelines and procedures to managers and employees.Work together with China HR Operation and CoE team to provide in time HR solutions like Campus Recruitment, Manager Development Program, Succession Planning, Retention Solutions, etc.Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree with major in Human Resources or related field. 10-12 years HR professional working experiences and at least 5 years’ solid experiences in HRBP role in multinational companies, Hi-tech industry experience is preferred.Proficient in English.Highly HR principled with fast work pattern, hardworking, self-motivated and result orientated.Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork and collaboration skills.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, excellent presentation skill is preferred.
