HR Business Partner
If you are an HR professional and looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an appealing role for you. In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources (HR) strategies and policies of the Company. HRBP supports organisational development, planning and supporting Supervisors and Managers to motivate and lead their teams.

Location: Eger (on-site)

 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Taking actions to ensure resources after business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business, discuss with senior management and key partners Working with management in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to work towards their goals Developing plans and actively participate in recruitment and restructuring Working with management on Employee Development plans, and succession, training and helping relevant staff Supporting Supervisors and Managers to motivate their employees and lead more optimally Preparing human resource metrics and comparing results to key performance indicators, ac proactively in case of deviance Keep close contact with regional Universities and Vocational schools, run internship and dual-education programs to ensure succession

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree or equivalent experience in business or human resources management Excellent communication and social skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive nature Sound knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint), Knowledge of English (minimum intermediate).

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Readiness for business trips, driving license category B,
