Job Title
HR Business PartnerProvides HR consultative services for a manufacturing facility by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle. Proactively identifies and raises talent related concerns. Balances consultative and operational tasks effectively to optimize HR business partner impact.Under supervision, provides consultative support on straight forward people related matters pertaining to the facility.Understands and implements established HR related programs at the facility in support of the employee life cycle.Learns the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics.Completes hiring and onboarding activities for the facility.With support, manages employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills.Helps with supervisors in preparing documentation such as corrective action or development plans.Ensures that programs are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Provides training and presents information to employees and managers in a large and small group formats.Partners with Centers of Expertise to deliver employee related programs. Assists and/or performs in any and all areas as assigned.First HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.Job Requirements:

Exhibits knowledge and experience in HR discipline.Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgroundExhibits effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environmentEffectively gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction, as needed.Target Hiring Range
