This is a role of Human Resources Business Partner for Marvell India for some of the BUs. In this role, the incumbent will be a thought & execution partner for Marvell India and responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, recommend improvements to current programs, build internal business partnerships, and focus on an employee-orientated, high-performance culture.What You Can Expect
Basic Qualifications
Master’s degree in HRAt least 12-14 years of HRBP experienceBackground with employment law will be an added advantageAdaptable within a fast pace environmentPrevious experience working in a global company.Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completionMust have positive and professional verbal and written communication skills and maintain excellent interpersonal skillsOnsite roleDesired Characteristics

And play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design and structure.Enable Employee Engagement Experience, and drive Talent Management & Retention by facilitating regular voice of employee sessions and plan actions to enable business in developing a diverse, robust talent pipeline in tune with the strategy.Provides advice and direction to managers and employees related to performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, compliance, training & development and organizational designPartner with leadership teams at relevant levels to help build need-based organizational capability; identifying needs for change management and partnering along with COE teams to execute related activitiesProvide the perspective of business needs and requirements to COE teams in HR and work with them to optimize results and guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategyLead and implement special projects (e.g. global initiatives, organization design, process improvement)Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements
