About the role
As an HRBP, you will support business leaders with the rollout of new initiatives, projects and the HR cycle (cycle from on- and off boarding, performance management, retention, employee relations, legislation). You should be able to cope with stress, changing environment and ambiguity at times and you will be working with our HR colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Builds trusted relationships with the business leaders and collaborates in achieving business objectives by implementing integrated solutions
Proactively identifies people related needs and challenges and support leaders with advice and expertise to resolve various complex people related matters Responsible for HR function in Devbridge. Provides HR expertise in various areas such as talent management, coaching, compensation, benefits and rewards, employee relations, and strategic development, etc. Provides HR policy guidance Consults and partners with business leaders and employees, ensuring support and daily guidance on people related agendaEssential Skills:
Proven in depth experience as HR business partner General competencies: focus to high standards and quality; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; great sense of ownership Comfortable working within an ever-dynamic fast-paced and complex international environment in a matrix/networking organisation Self-starter, quick learner, pro-active and team player Analytical and hands-on oriented Thorough knowledge of labour legislation Good knowledge on organizational change management. Languages: fluent Lithuanian and English Education: University degree in management, psychology or related field.
Traveling between offices in Vilnius and Kaunas may be needed occasionally
Salary range €35000 - €49,000 dependent on experience.
