We’re seeking an innovative HRBP to be the front-line point of contact working with employees from manufacturing, operations, quality, regulatory, research and development, marketing, and other functions. + Key areas of focus include engagement, employee relations, talent development, on-boarding and off-boarding, HR compliance, data, talent acquisition, and performance management. + You will have responsibility for fostering a positive workplace culture and navigating organizational dynamics to support employees and business goals. **Qualifications** + 5+ years Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing employee relations and advising leaders on how to effectively navigate employee performance, development, and other site challenges/opportunities + Generalist experience supporting manufacturing and site operations + Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems.
