HR Business Partner

We are seeking an innovative consultant and advisor to our business leaders. In this role you will align HR strategies with business goals influencing business decisions, drive organizational change, and assist the business to enhance employee engagement. This role is our front-line point of contact working with employees from manufacturing, operations, quality, regulatory, research and development, marketing, and other functions.  

You will have the opportunity to focus on talent development, leadership coaching, and succession planning, often working in a consultative capacity to solve complex business problems in collaboration and support with our COEs (Centers of Excellence). In addition, there will be opportunities to facilitate leadership and supervisory training.  You will have responsibility for fostering a positive workplace culture and navigating organizational dynamics to support business transformations and effective organizational design.   Key areas of focus are engagement, employee relations, on-boarding and off-boarding, HR compliance, data, talent acquisition, and performance management.   

Qualifications 

5+ years Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing employee relations and advising leaders on how to effectively navigate employee performance, development, and other site challenges/opportunities  Generalist experience supporting manufacturing and site operations  Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems.  Uses technology and tools to increase business impact and work effectiveness  A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,200 to $126,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
