Job Description We are looking for an HR Business Partner who is interested in leveraging their strategic HR skills to build organizational capability. The Senior HR Business Partner will work with a collaborative, dynamic team partnering with two business units in our Casualty Solutions Division. The HR Business Partner will be primarily responsible for building people leader capability including coaching, training, and managing change efforts, while providing employee relations advice and counsel and assistance with HR programs. Responsibilities: Identifies business priorities and challenges and partners with business leaders and COEs (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Employee Communications, and L&OD) to develop and execute HR strategies and programs to support the goals of the business. Builds people leader and organizational capabilities by leading learning, development and change initiatives, including development and facilitation of training interventions. Supports the implementation of key talent processes including performance management, engagement survey action planning and development planning. Applies HR expertise advising managers in the performance management process and responding to employee inquiries; Manages complaints, settles disputes, resolves grievances and conflicts, and conducts internal investigations. Understands and identifies business priorities and challenges and partners with business leaders and COEs (Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Employee Communications, and L&OD) to develop and execute HR strategies and programs to support the goals of the business; Analyzes trends from workforce interaction, exit survey data and reporting. Leads important learning and development initiatives, including facilitation of training courses. Supports the implementation of key talent processes including performance management, engagement survey action planning and development planning. Leads specific project work, as determined by both business priority and HR initiatives to drive results. Qualifications Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience in the Human Resources function. Previous Experience: Minimum of 8 years of recent and relevant experience providing a variety of generalist, HRBP and support services within a human resources environment. Experience leading organization changes, including development of change plans and communications Experience designing and developing effective people leader and employee training Technical Skills: PC skills in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), experience with SharePoint is a plus. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
