**HR Business Partner** Manufacturing Monroe , CT, US Pay Rate Low: 45 | Pay Rate High: 55 + Added - 30/01/2025 Apply for Job **This will be a 9-12 month temporary position covering for a leave. Business needs could change but no guarantee of permanent work** Opportunity to join a leading medical device manufacturer in a key HRBP function. This is a fast paced and exciting opportunity with a great HR team. **Core Responsibilities:** + Support the HR Director in facilitating the talent review process and help execute development plans, leveraging both local and global frameworks for talent development + Identify and address training needs + Assist with organizational structure design + Analyze survey data and help develop and implement action plans across the business + Coordinate annual engagement surveys and assist with process facilitation + Help drive organizational changes in partnership with the HR Director + Promote and support initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion within the company **Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels + Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations + Proficient in HR administration and people management + Exceptional record-keeping capabilities + In-depth knowledge of HR functions and industry best practices + Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in email, MS Office, and HR software + Experience with Oracle Human Capital Management is a plus + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience + 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferred This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
