**About the role**

Reckitt is seeking a Global HR Business Partner who will collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies around our diverse and dynamic goals. **Your responsibilities**
In summary, you'll:
+ Provide daily support for managers across Global Warsaw Hub in the field of employee issues, labor law, internal policies and other aspects related to human resources management.
+ Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, by using knowledge of HR best practices and challenge the status quo to create positive change.
+ Partner closely with subject matter experts: talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits to deliver the most effective solutions to the business.
+ Coordinate HR processes for the Global Warsaw Hub such as: performance and talent assessment, succession planning.
+ Developing talents through execution of existing training programs, as well as creation and delivery of other learning initiatives.
+ Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and lead the L&D agenda for the Global Warsaw Hub.
+ Lead workforce planning for assigned functions in the Hub: ensure the team workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future as well as select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
+ Drive data consistency for budget and forecast on personnel costs and personnel-related budget expenses, in collaboration with Finance Controlling: manage people cost and headcount tracking.
**The experience we're looking for**
+ At least 5 years of professional HR generalist experience in an international dynamic environment (FCMG or IT).
+ Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
+ Strong understanding of local HR legislation.
+ Very good analytical skills.
+ Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust.
+ Strong knowledge of the HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint.
+ Enthusiasm, openness, communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment.
+ Fluent English.
+ Background in Learning & Development area will be an advantage.
+ Knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage
