Position Summary
As an HRBP at Samsung, you' ll be the key partner to our managers and teams, driving HR strategies that make a real impact. From recruitment and learning & development to employee relations, you'll ensure that our people thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Working closely with the Head of People, and our fantastic HR team, you'll help shape a workplace that will enable our people to innovate, collaborate and grow.Role and Responsibilities
Managerial support and guidance in areas of recruitment, L&D and performance management
Create and implement a local L&D strategy and initiatives
Analyze company/managers/employees L&D development needs
Secure and manage yearly L&D budget
Management and administration of learning systems
Person in charge of the performance management process, incl. system maintenance, internal communication, managers and employee training, presentation of outcomes and improvement ideas
End to End recruitment, potentially with cooperation with the Shared Service Center
Point of contact for HQ Talent Acquisition initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Solid experience as HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist
Great knowledge of managed HR processes
Smart, structured, independent and responsible
Open to learn (and quick in learning😊)
Great communication skills – written and spoken
Fluent English – daily use, Native Czech/Slovak language
University graduate – min. Bachelor degree
