Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesAs a pivotal Senior Leadership Team member, you will play a vital role in setting the HR strategy. Your expertise will shine as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing valuable HR insights while partnering with business leaders to seamlessly implement global HR strategies tailored to our unique local objectives. Employee Relations & Compliance: Address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with UK employment laws. HR Generalist: Disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, time in attendance and payroll processes (bonus calculations, annual salary review, attrition rates). Trusted Adviser: Offer expert HR guidance in employee development, and performance management and strategic recruitment. Coaching & Performance Management: Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and implement effective performance management processes. Lead DEI and wellbeing initiatives. Culture & Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives based on employee feedback to foster a positive workplace culture and promote inclusivity. Learning & Development: Encourage a culture of learning and guide employees in their professional development. Workforce & Succession Planning: Assist in planning for future talent needs through data analysis and strategic alignment. Change Management: Support the HR Transformation Program by facilitating change management initiatives.
What You Need to SucceedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD - Level 5 certification.Experience: Experience as a HR Manager/Partner or in a similar HR role. Proven track record in managing organizational change initiatives. Experience in an international and matrix organizational environment. Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations. Proficient in HR technologies (e.g., Avature, Workday, SAP, Ceridian, PeopleDoc). Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data. Experience with payroll processes,
