As the HR Business Partner, you will provide full employee-life cycle HR support for several laboratories in the execution of top-notch, consistent HR processes such as Objective Setting & Performance Management, Learning and Talent Development, Total Rewards, and cost-effective workforce planning.  This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a strategic business partner.  

 

This position is hybrid: 3 days in the office.

Compensation: base salary up to 100K + bonus 

 

Responsibilities Partners with the local laboratory Directors and their management teams to provide HR direction, build high performing teams, and infuse a culture of career and leadership development across the laboratoriesProvide direction and resolve employee questions, concerns and grievancesProactively communicate with the General Managers, department managers, and employeesGrows the talent pool by hiring and retaining top talent in each laboratoryProvides customer-focused support to address all HR related issues and concerns Skills / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Organizational Behavior or related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experienceClient-based HR experience across multiple sitesDemonstrated track record of HR business partnership and HR Operations / Shared Services roleAbility to operate in a high pressure, fast paced environmentStrong knowledge of labor lawExcellent knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel, plus IT literacy and experience with HR systems / dataMust be able to work hybrid and travel as needed to other locations
