What you’ll do & Who you areThe HR Business Partner will work closely with their assigned support area to engage with managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving talent management, and enhancing employee engagement as well as providing end to end HR support for their assigned area of responsibility as well as supporting the HR Director in driving the overall People Strategy
What you'll do:
Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organisation
Support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance workplace culture and morale
Drive performance management processes, including coaching managers on effective feedback and development plans
Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment
Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Lead change management initiatives and support organisational development programs.
Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices
Contribute to Works Council negotiations as and when required for your given support area in partnership with the HR Director
Translating business strategy and priorities into the strategic people agenda for given support area
Enhancing people management practices and leadership effectiveness through continuous feedback and coaching
Fostering collaboration and sharing best practices within the People team Championing equal opportunity and fair policy application for all employees
Who you are:
7-10 years experience as HRBP or similar
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Ability to handle difficult cases/situations (performance interviews, disciplinary action)
Ability to encourage and facilitate the transversality and knowledge sharing across the teams and with other partners.
Ability to identify different sources and opportunities to acquire and apply new skills; ensure that knowledge is up-to-date in the project/department.
Ability to educate team members in adopting an iterative solution approach
Advocate alternative ideas with colleagues and partners
Find solutions and create value propositions.
Ability to create clear communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly and engaging way.
Ability to manage People projects and manage progress and ability to make final decisions about priorities, timing and resources.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
You are a current resident of the Netherlands and you are legally able to work here.
