We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help us design, support, and execute people-related strategies. You’ll be part of a global HR team during a particularly exciting time at a thriving startup!
As an HRBP you will play an instrumental part in making Yotpo an amazing place to work. You’ll work collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities that align to the needs of the business, finding solutions that put people at the forefront.
The ideal candidate will address the business challenges and needs with creativity, will have the ability to work independently and engage others, see the big picture with a hands-on approach, and have excellent communication skills.
How you'll make an impact:
Act as a trusted adviser to employees and leadership teams; understand the pulse of our business to proactively identify organizational needs and propose solutions. Partner with leadership and employees to provide guidance on career pathing, performance management, talent development, organizational changes, etc. Lead the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience, including all operational and administrative aspects. Oversee and execute HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting Handle employee inquiries related to policies, compensation and benefits, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Lead employee retention efforts and people experience; create innovative ways to make Yotpo a great place to work. Utilize employee engagement data to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention. Partner with the HR Director and HR Peers across Yotpo’s locations to deploy and execute projects such as workforce planning, employee engagement, training and development, etc.
About You:
2-3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. 4+ years of experience in the HR field. Experience working in and supporting complex, global matrix organizations and teams. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and data analytics to support decision-making.What we offer:
