The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert HR guidance and support to associates, managers and senior leaders. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a positive work environment. The HRBP will play a critical role in determining HR implications, identify opportunities and enable the business agenda through talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning, development, total rewards and change management initiatives.

How You’ll Contribute
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop organizational effectiveness strategies that support these objectives.Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices to drive organizational performance.Supporting and enhancing the organization design and talent strategy.Supports senior leadership to evolve the operating model as a subject matter expert.Talent Management:
Lead talent acquisition efforts ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.Coach managers and leaders on workforce needs and talent plans to identify sources of talent, mobility opportunities and talent development opportunities.Leverage experience and expertise to support decisions on succession planning, leadership development and talent mobility around the organization.Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Culture and Engagement:
Drive culture and engagement initiatives through thought leadership and insightful data to guide decision making and deliver proactive solutions.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.Work closely with management and associates to enable productive work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Performance Management:
Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with business goals and fair evaluation of employee performance.Provide coaching and support to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.Identify training needs for teams and implement relevant training programs.Partner and consult with management and associates on day-to-day guidance.Change Management:
Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions.Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Update and maintain HR policies to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership.Prepare and present reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.Impact You'll Make:
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years partnering with senior leadershipStrong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management.Ability to think strategically and act tactically to achieve business goals.A team player capable of working within a collaborative and fast paced environment.Ability to work under pressure and extended hours as and when required.Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality at all times.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.Key Competencies:
