HR Business Partner
Main Purpose of the job 职务目的:

Reinforce alignment and cooperation between business department and HR team. Provide professional HR solutions to business managers.

加强业务部门与人力资源部门的共识达成与合作共创,并向业务部门经理提供专业的人力资源解决方案。

 

Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

Work closely with business managers and HR team on people selection and placement. Understand the candidate’s target profile from the business needs, and ensure effective communication.密切与业务部门及HR团队合作及沟通,基于业务需求定义合适人选,招聘选择、部署人力资源。

Work with HR team on fostering learning culture within the organization, involve in collecting training needs, support training implementation and assess training result.

与HR团队其他人员一起营造学习文化,参与收集培训需求,支持培训落地以及培训效果评估。

Support HR manager on plant people review, assist the actions on succession plan, talent development and retention.

协助HR经理进行工厂人才盘点,确保继任计划、人才培养和保留计划在组织内的实施。

Follow up annual performance review and propose action plan based on individuals on own scope, regular review and update MOD monthly performance criteria, ensure MPB links to plant priorities.

追踪所负责领域的人员年度绩效评估流程和相应行动计划的执行,定期回顾/更新MOD绩效标准,以确MOD保绩效指标与工厂优先项的关联性。

Ensure a stable organization, regular communicate with employees, conduct employee exit interview, etc. Make analysis for further improvement actions.

定期与员工沟通,进行员工离职面谈等,并作相应分析及制定发展计划,以确保组织稳定。

Responsible for Faurecia Employee Empowerment launching, application and drive within plant.

负责佛吉亚员工激励模块在工厂内的导入、应用及推进覆盖。

Provide professional suggestions or actions to business managers, improve HR related KPI.

为业务部门经理提供专业的HR建议或行动指导,帮助工厂提升HR 相关KPI。

Overall responsible for factory recruitment.

整体负责工厂招聘工作(MOD/MOI)。

Implement and promote talent development related projects

人才发展相关项目的实施与推进。

Dealing with employee relation cases.

处理员工关系相关事宜。

Responsible for related HR reports timely.

负责相关的HR报表。

Others temporary job given by line manager.

直属经理交给的其他临时工作。

Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant.

配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施。

Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.

确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等

Skills & Knowhow技能和知识: Define Qualification Requirement of Job Description工作说明书中任职资格制定Labor cost control skill人工成本管控技能Computer skill of office software such as Excel, Word   Excel、PowerPoint、Word等办公软件Core Principle and key tools of EE EE的核心原则和关键方法Qualifications 任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in human resource management or related is preferred;

本科以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先;

At least 5-year working experience in human resource management in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years HRBP experience in similar industry is a plus;

5年以上制造行业人力资源管理工作经验,且具备2年相关行业HRBP经验优先;
