We work a 37.5 hour week over 5 days, the role has a company based bonus of 11.25% in addition that we have many benefits including holiday purchase scheme, a good pension scheme and many discounts through our partnerships

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced HR professional to play a vital role acting as a trusted advisor to the business while aligning HR activities to the business strategy.

This is a great site looking for an individual with previous business partnering experience who can work with the senior leadership team and really engage with all aspects of our HR strategy and support in the lifecycle of all of our super colleagues.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n

As part of your normal duties, you will:

\n\nSupport with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.\nSupport the ER agenda and lead/support relationships and key processes with unions at sites.\nDeploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, and T&C's standardisation.\nProvide HR support to start-ups and business wins, losses and transfers.\nEnsure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.\nSupport managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs, agency and identifying future talent requirements.\nAct as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious HR experience within a logistics business\nUnion experience advantageous\nA CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent\nAbility to provide project management support\nPrevious business change experience - TUPE, redundancies, restructures, challenges, Employee satisfaction and engagement\n\n
