What You’ll Do:
+ Lead HR Solutions: Deliver HR strategies, organizational efficiency, and workforce planning.
+ Be a Thought Partner: Drive business outcomes through innovative human capital strategies.
+ Collaborate with Leaders: Plan and deliver impactful HR solutions.
+ Advise with Expertise: Guide business unit leaders on people and organizational issues.
+ Drive Success: Consult with leaders to achieve business goals.
+ Deliver Strategic HR: Align HR strategies with organizational needs.

Key Deliverables:
+ Strategic workforce planning and succession planning.

+ Measure HR strategy effectiveness and drive action.
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Organizational Development teams.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
+ 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
+ Proven leadership and partnership skills.
+ Strong relationship-building, influence, and coaching abilities.
+ Experience with employees at all levels.
+ Attention to detail and confidentiality.
+ Effective collaboration, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
+ Adaptability to changing environments.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Initiative to improve processes through data analysis and project management.
