As a HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of developing and delivering the People Plan for your partnered area. Leveraging your HR expertise and market knowledge, you will provide innovative and efficient HR solutions that align with our strategic objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to senior management, offering coaching, guidance, and challenge on HR topics to drive the best possible outcomes.
This role is part-time, up to 22.5 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.

People Plan & Business Partnering: Develop and execute the People Plan, collaborating with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to ensure high-standard support and delivery.Coaching & Advising Senior Leaders: Partner with senior leaders, providing trusted guidance and robust challenge to achieve optimal people and organisational outcomes.Organisational Design & Change Management: Lead organisational design and change management processes to create efficient structures and drive critical business changes.Developing Talent & Capability: Formulate talent plans, oversee talent development, and manage succession processes to build a pipeline of capable and dynamic leaders.Employee Engagement, Wellbeing & DEI: Create and execute engagement plans, support wellbeing initiatives, and foster an inclusive workplace environment.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the Group HR Centres of Excellence and lead projects that deliver value and improve effectiveness.Employee Relations: Manage and support employee relations matters, taking ownership of critical cases and ensuring fair and consistent resolution.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and driving employee development and satisfaction.
