Job DescriptionResponsible for the development and implementation of the Human Resource processesOrganizes and moderates different types of workshops, eg LF360, transitional workshops etc.Drives and develops employee development programsCoordinates recruitment process in dedicated areasAdvises the local management and employees concerning all HR relevant topicsCooperates with service providing teams, such as administration, payroll, marketing and learning & development to ensure best possible support for our employeesPreparing various reports, presentations, and analytical reporting of all relevant HR KPIsParticipates in, coordinates and implements HR projectsSupports with labor law topics and ensures that the Company policies and standards are in accordance with the labor law and global Bosch guideline

QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in the field of PsychologyMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR, preferred on HR business partner positionStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to cope with changing workloads (excellent self organization skills)Ability to work in fast changing and competitive environmentVery good level of English language is mandatoryTeam player able to work in big international matrix environment
