Job Description & Summary

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to play a key role within our HR team. This role will involve working closely with business leaders and employees to align HR practices and workforce solutions with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will oversee various HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.

Your Mission

Act as a key HR point of contact, handling queries related to HR policies and processes.

Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.

Support and drive the performance management process, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.

Maintain and manage people data on our HRM System (Workday), ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Partner with the internal legal team to ensure compliance with HR-related regulations, including GDPR and employment law.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.

Assist in resolving employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Utilize HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and optimize HR strategies

About You

A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a business partner capacity.

Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the firm

Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Ability to balance working independently with collaboration across teams.

Good ability to use data and analytics to drive informed decisions and enhance HR outcomes.

A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative HR solutions.
