The HRBP role for the Logistics team in Brazil leads HR actions and establishes partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization. The selected person will work on specific HR activities, such as managing third-party contracts, metrics management and actions like absenteeism control, hiring interviews, talent discussions, engagement actions, etc. The person will use analytical skills to monitor and analyze metrics and trends, ability to translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Fluent English. Experience in people leadership. Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields. Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards). Preferred Qualifications Experience in labor relations. Project management skills. MBA.
