We're now looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of our dynamic Nordics HR team and together enable our employees to succeed and to inspire development.
Given the nature of being part of a Swedish HR team and the Nordic Business Area, there will be some travel requirements, mainly to other sites in Sweden (Mölnlycke and Stockholm) and Finland (Espoo and Joensuu) on a quarterly basis.
ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Sweden employs around 600 employees based in Stockholm, Mölnlycke, Eskilstuna, Landskrona, Malmö and Umeå. We are a part of the Nordic Business Area with around 1600 employees in total.
What you will do as our HR Business Partner/Comp & Ben specialist
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide essential HR support to our Product Management, R&D, and Finance functions across the Nordic region. You will be a part of the Functional management teams and be a key strategic partner as well as provide operational support to the organization. A significant part of this role will focus on Compensation & Benefits, where you’ll serve as the Nordic Subject Matter Expert, leading projects and offering guidance on job architecture, benefit harmonization, benchmarking and much guidance to the HR Managers and HR Business Partners within the Nordics.
You would also:
Provide expertise in Compensation & Benefits across the Nordic region. Lead and coordinate projects on job architecture, benefits, and external benchmarking. Collaborate with HR Managers and HR Business Partners to harmonize practices across Nordic locations.
You will report to the HR Manager in Sweden, who is based in Eskilstuna, and be part of a team with two other HR Business Partners located at other sites in Sweden (Mölnlycke and Stockholm). As a member of the Swedish HR team, you will get the opportunity to participate in the development of our HR processes across our Swedish organization as well as lead and/or participate in various HR projects within the Swedish organization or the Nordic Business Area, which we are a part of.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
A university degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role and/or in Compensation & Benefits. Solid knowledge of Swedish employment laws and legislations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A fluency in English and Swedish. Familiarity with job evaluation tools (e.g., HAY, Mercer, BAS) is highly valued.

This person is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for building trustworthy relationships.
