Job Summary

Oversees all HR functions from recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training administration and labor relations in Cebu Sites. The role will be permanently located in Cebu. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end HR process: Recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations, and training administration Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in MCIA, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment. Assisting in performance appraisal processes, providing feedback, and supporting employee development. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining employee records, and handling audits. Organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employee skills. Managing employee benefits programs Assist on all HR initiatives, events and employee engagement programs. Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Maintaining HR databases and generating reports for management. Maintaining up-to-date employee records in SEZAME. Other tasks may be assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with a broad understanding of various HR functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
