AS the HR business partner for BU organization of onsemi, you are expected to develop strong relationships with the employees and management team, You must be able to use your skills to keep employees fully engaged while using your experiences to work closely with on-site manger and advice to solve issues.
+ First point of contact for all HR matters from employees.
+ Coaching and development of business leaders and line managers around Management capability and HR policies, processes and ways of working, people management, performance management.
+ Facilitate problem solving by providing consulting services and leveraging shared services to deliver solutions.
+ Provide efficient and effective operational HR services.
+ Understand the HR risk environment, identify and mitigate potential HR risks.
+ Define, develop and implement HR policies and processes as required, in partnership with other members in the HR team.
