In this role, you will gain broad experience across multiple HR disciplines and have significant opportunities to lead and manage high impact projects and processes. You will partner with our commercial leadership to further grow our market share of our prestigious agricultural brands of Fendt and Massey Ferguson across North America and will be an active member of the global HR team.
Your Impact
Strategic HRBP for senior leadership for our commercial teams in North America. Solution oriented thought partner who is pro-active with consultative support to assigned client groups in Talent, Leadership, Culture and Engagement Be an active member of the global Commercial HRBP team and contribute on global projects Identify and anticipate HR needs based on current or planned business activities and partner across the HR function to develop solutions. Deliver and implement HR strategies that support a high performing culture. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct and document effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretations, ensure consistent application of such policies and provide labor law advice for North America. Coordinate the annual North America Talent and Succession Review with assigned business functions. Special HR projects in conjunction with day-to-day HRBP responsibilities.
Your Experience and Qualifications
BS or BA degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business or related field. MBA, or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GHPR preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years HR experience Ability to independently problem solve and identify opportunities for optimization. Strong focus on employee engagement and engagement activities. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a superuser with a Human Capital Platform (i.e. Workday, Ceridian or highly preferred SAP SuccessFactors) Minimum of 5 years managing HR projects, implementations, or technology launches
