Deriving suitable HR strategies and measures from the business unit strategy and implementing them consistently in cooperation with relevant business units.

3. Optimization of HR Processes and Tools:
Setting up or optimizing new or existing HR processes and tools in cooperation with the company's HR functions and ensuring their global implementation.

4. Onboarding and Filling Key Positions:
Responsible for the onboarding and filling of key positions within the respective business unit.
