HR Business Partner (International – US, EU focused)

The HR Business Partner will provide strategic and operational HR support, with a strong focus on US and EU labor law (understanding of Czech HR practices as an advantage). This role partners with business leaders, drives HR initiatives and ensures compliance in a multinational environment.

 

Job description:

Act as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on HR matters with a focus on US and EU labor law. Support recruitment, onboarding and talent management processes. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies based on data and insights. Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with US and EU labor laws. Support performance management and salary review processes. Collaborate with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and workforce planning.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in HR management, advisory or business partnering in an international environment. Strong knowledge of US and EU labor law; familiarity with Czech labor law as an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in HR systems & Microsoft Office tools. Must be based in Prague, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
