We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This is an unpaid internship for people currently studying at University. 

 

What you will do:

 

The People Business Partner Intern will work closely with our People team to support various human resources functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about People practices in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


•    Assist People function with People-related inquiries and projects. 
•    Help review and improve onboarding programs for new employees and managers. 
•    Collaborate with the People team on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
•    Conduct and present research and analysis on People best practices and industry trends.
•    Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

 

The skills you bring:

 

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources.
•    Strong interest in human resources and organizational development.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Detail-oriented and structured.
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
