What you do

 

Proactively support the development and implementation of the vision and strategy for HR for CTO and more specifically IT, Data & CyberSecurity, as well as Organisational Management for Health Line of Business. Drive positive business performance through HR interventions Active discussion partner for functional business leaders and managers. Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE's) and local country teams. The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering continuous improvement in HR service in a fast growing environment, including continued regional expansion, with exposure to an increasing number of legislative jurisdictions. The incumbent helps to develop and implement better people management practices.

What you bring

 

5+ years’ experience as HR Business partner, in a global matrixed organization   Fluent knowledge of English, working knowledge of any other european language will be an additional asset  Strong communication & relationship building skills  Ability to multitask, work in an international environment & with minimal supervision  An appetite for technologies and highly transforming businesses Strong project management skills  Ability to work and interact remotely  Strong team spirit and flexibility
