About the Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help support business growth and strategy implementation from the perspective of the professional Human Resource manager.

Responsibilities
Partnering with people managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, aligning them with global objectives.Analyzing HR data and trends, leveraging insights to recommend proactive solutions for talent retention and development.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful learning and development programs.Collaborating with COE (Talent acquisition, Talent Development, and Rewards) and foster a high-performing culture.Assisting with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.Requirements
Have a Bachelors at minimumHave at least three years of working experience in Human Resource functions.Have business level English and Full fluency in JapaneseHave interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.Be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work in a way that works for you
