Defines section mid-term plan and budget to support company initiatives and goals, Revises, analyses and designs framework for people services & development, Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPs to ensure high quality of executions, Implements & reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure likelihood of success of implementation, Mentors/Coaches other HR’s in handling, responding to and closing the grievance/complaints within the company.
