Job summary:
Primary role of the HRBP is to provide business performance coaching and consulting to business client leaders in the areas of workforce planning, leadership and team effectiveness, organizational design and capability, change management, talent acquisition, performance management and other areas by providing a full-range of support to the business acting as an integrated HR function.
This role requires labor relations experience.

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or other related field. Master’s degree preferred
Skills and Experience:
8-10 years of experience in HR or equivalent of education and experience in labor relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to independently investigate, resolve and proactively address common employee relations issues in union environmentStrong knowledge of all relevant employment law issues and the willingness to proactively stay on top of legislation changes and local requirementsAbility to apply strategic context to tactical execution, working independently in a fast paced, matrixed global organizationExcellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)Ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsJob Environment:
