About the role
You act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to the senior business stakeholders that you support, as well as your leadership team(s) within the Patient Impact Germany organization. You provide distinct strategy enabling talent, organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone, for the ultimate benefit of the patient. In this role, you´ll furthermore act as strategic influencer, therefore understanding the business, its imperatives and priorities. You are accountable for the execution of all talent processes within this business partner organization, through executing yourself or through partnering with other teams.
Who you´ll work with
You will collaborate closely with business partners across Germany. Additionally, you will partner with the Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development colleagues to ensure an integrated and seamless HR approach.
What you´ll do
Develop a deep understanding of the business context and priorities, ensuring HR strategies align with company goalsDrive change management and facilitate cultural transformation within the organizationLead talent review processes, succession planning, and leadership team developmentEnsure strong collaboration with the German Works Council, navigating labor law complexities and compliance requirementsOversee end-to-end HR support, from onboarding to performance management, restructuring, and employee relationsSupport reward processes in partnership with the Total Rewards & Operations team
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of studyMinimum Proven HR business partnering experience – at least 5 years, preferably in a global organizationStrong knowledge of German labor law and experience collaborating with works councilsExcellent change management and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive cultural transformationExceptional stakeholder management and coaching capabilitiesProficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and digital HR tools
